The attractive white and chrome finish will compliment any caravan or RV kitchen interior, factory, cabin, outdoor eating area or shed. The unit replaces existing cold water taps or can be installed in a new RV or caravan. The unit simply plugs into a 15amp power point allowing the new tap to deliver continuous hot water to your sink.  This eliminates the need for expensive gas hot water units and costly installations. With a 240 volt power supply to plug into the RV Hot Water unit runs off normal mains pressure or pump pressure delivering water in the temperature range Cold – 50°C. Through extensive testing, research and modifications RV Eco Hot Water has been able to eliminate costly extras such as valves and restrictors – delivering a simple, compact unit that is inexpensive to buy and install. The Eco Hot Water system is an economical and compact solution that delivers instant hot water. The ECO Hot Water unit will only change the temperature of incoming water by a maximum of 35 degrees Celsius at 1.5 litres per minute, and 25 degrees Celsius at 2.5 litres per minute. When using the Eco Hot Water unit with a standard tap, the manufacturer highly recommends changing the aerator on the end of your tap to the one supplied. When this unit is to be used for a shower it should be used with a water saving shower head to reduce flow rate. This is required to make the hot water temperature and pressure more effective. While it will provide a basic shower, Caravans Plus recommends a storage HWS for a more comfortable shower experience.
