We answer some of your frequently asked questions about Big Red Caravan Parts.

Q. Where are you guys based?

A. We are based in an office on the South side of Brisbane in Queensland and orders can be shipped all over Australia. Our office is not a retail shop.

Q. Can I pick up my order from your office?

A. Orders can be picked up directly from our office, however order pickup is strictly by appointment only.  Alternatively, we offer pickup from several of our suppliers in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane, again by prior arrangement only.

Q. What part was used on my caravan?

A. A great question that we cannot always answer. The Caravan industry does not produce parts catalogues based on the make and model of a caravan as would be the normal in the automotive industry. Caravans are very different to cars in that they are hand-built products for the most part and can differ slightly even in the same model run. For this reason, it would be almost impossible to identify and catalogue the parts used by caravan manufactures.

Q. Can I place my order over the phone?

A. Not at the moment - We prefer orders placed on-line.

Q. Can I talk to someone for more information on a particular product?

A. Not at the moment – Due to an office restructure we have limited resources to assist with product enquiries. Use the Contact Us page.

Q. Does Big Red Caravan Parts offer an installation service?

A. This question has a two part answer.

No -  As an on line store we do not offer to install purchased items

Yes - However, we work closely with a network of repairs around Australia, mainly in regional centres, who can assist with instillation.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. When stock is available generally allow 3-4 working days for processing plus 3-7 working days for shipping. Overnight deliveries are not uncommon in the major cities while WA customers may take up to 7 days from time of shipping.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes via a link in the confirmation of purchase email that will be sent to you when your order is dispatched. Otherwise, you can access this information simply by logging into your account on our website.
