Q. Where are you guys based?
A. We are based on the South side of Brisbane in Queensland. Orders can be shipped all over Australia or picked up directly from our office. Alternatively, we offer pickup from several of our suppliers in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.
Q. What part was used on my caravan?
A. A great question that we can not always answer. The Caravan industry does not produce parts catalogues based on make and model as would be the normal in the automotive industry. Caravans are very different to cars in that they are hand built products for the most part and can differ slightly even in the same model run. For this reason it would be almost impossible to identify and catalogue the parts used by caravan manufactures.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone?
A. Yes - While we prefer orders placed on-line you can phone us direct on 0400 500015 and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to assist.

Q. Does Big Red Caravan Parts offer an installation service?
A. This question has a two part answer.
No - As an on line store we do not offer to install purchased items
Yes - However, we work closely with a network of repairs around Australia, mainly in regional centres, who can assist with instillation.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Generally allow 3-4 working days for processing and shipping. Overnight deliveries are not uncommon in the major cities while WA customers may take up to 7 days from time of shipping.

A. Yes via a link in the confirmation of purchase email that will be sent to you when your order is dispatched. Otherwise you can access this information simply by registering with us on our website.
