Covid 19 Update
A message to our customers regarding Covid-19 in August 2020
At Big Red, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers has been our number one priority, as we monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. Our online sales remain open and our operations are being closely monitored to ensure all safety measures and social distancing practices are followed. Click & Collect (Zero Contact) form our office is currently on an appointment only basis for very large items.
Many of the items offered on our website are held in our suppliers warehouse or distribution centers located in Melbourne. With the introduction of a Stage 4 lock down in Melbourne all warehouse transfers have been suspended until these restrictions are lifted. Once stock levels of items are exhausted in our suppliers local Brisbane warehouses we are unable to provide a expected shipping date for your order. Sorry for any inconvenience these delays may cause during this challenging time.
Due to staffing arrangements Big Red will be operating on a shortened week and reduced office hours. Order processing is taking a little longer than usual and we ask for your understanding. Our priority is to minimise disruption and continue to assist our customers and caravanning community throughout this difficult time.
