Covid 19 Update


A message to our customers regarding Covid-19 in 2021


Dispatch and Delivery times have been impacted by ongoing lockdowns in NSW and Victoria.

Customer orders are being delayed because of disruptions in supply chains to us and shipping services to you.

Big Red operates out of Queensland and relies on the supply of parts from distributors located in lockdown areas.

Our online sales remain open, and our operations are being continually monitored to ensure all safety measures and social distancing practices are followed. Click & Collect (Zero Contact) form our office is currently on an appointment only basis for very large items.

Many of the items offered on our website are held in our suppliers’ warehouse or distribution centres located in Melbourne and Sydney. With the on again off again lock downs in Melbourne and blanket lockdown of NSW, warehouse transfers have been severely disrupted during these restrictions.  Once stock levels of items are exhausted in our suppliers local Brisbane warehouses, we are unable to provide an expected shipping date for your order.  Sorry for any inconvenience these delays may cause during this time of disruption.

Due to staffing arrangements Big Red will be operating on a shortened week and reduced office hours. Order processing is taking a little longer than usual and we ask for your understanding. Our priority is to minimise disruption and continue to assist our customers and caravanning community throughout this difficult time.

At Big Red, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers has been our number one priority, as we monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. We are all in this together. Consider getting vaccinated. Wash your hands and keep your social distance as we explore what the new normal looks like for caravan travel in 2021.
