We only supply and deliver products listed on this website within Australia.
Orders to New Zealand will be considered on a case by case basis and you must Contact Us prior to an order being accepted. Overseas orders will incur a 5% refund fee.
Cyber-security is important to Big Red Caravan Parts and we offer customers the PayPal facility to protect their online banking transactions.
For Big Red Caravan Parts customers who are happy to work with us directly we have a credit card facility or direct deposit. Send us an email using our Contact Us page or give The Big Red Team a call on 0400 500 015 with your order and we will invoice you.
When an item has been paid for using PayPal credit card or bank deposit and is found to be out of stock, has a back order of greater than 20 business days or discontinued from a supplier, Big Red Caravan Parts will offer you a refund.
For orders over $250 using the PayPal portal we may request photo ID to be provided. With the prevalence of online credit card fraud this is for your protection as much as ours.
Order processing fees (e.g. PayPal fees) will not be refunded on cancelled orders or for products that clearly indicate a shipping quote is required prior to purchase.
Products Out of Stock
All stock availability representations (graphical or text) on this website are accurate as of our last known stock level with our suppliers and is subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected as they are discovered and Big Red Caravan Parts reserves the right to revoke any offer, correct any error, omission or inaccuracy at any time (including after an order has been placed). Delivery may exceed 30 business days for some items that are manufactured to order or imported to order. From time to time Big Red Caravan Part may be out of stock on some product lines. If you have placed an order on a product which is out of stock or on back order, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available in stock. Alternatively, you can Contact Us as so alternative arrangements can be made.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect it to ensure all items are included. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on 0400 500 015 within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a return authorisation number which is valid for 21 days. You are required to send the goods back to us in Brisbane QLD, in as new unused condition, in original packing and including all accessories, manuals and other documentation. There will be a handling/restocking fee charged (15-25% depending on which supplier we use) along with costs for shipping the item back to you.
Any components missing from an item returned to us, the cost of replacing those components will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Any returned item that has been used or damaged may be rejected by our suppliers. Electrical circuit boards and replacement electrical components that that have been incorporated into an appliances are deemed to be used and will be rejected by our suppliers.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges, insurance charges or lost return packages.
Providing your order is returned undamaged, unused and with all contents included, your total order amount will be refunded, minus the shipping charges, handling fee, suppliers restocking fees and insurance as charged per your order.
Our return freight + handling charge will be increased to cover all shipping costs from the time the order was placed. If you opt to ship back on your own courier, our handling cost will reflect our initial out of pocket freight charges.
It is recommended that you use a shipping service with tracking facilities.
Please note that we are unable to refund or replace;
- Units that have been used to store food or beverages due to Health & Safety regulations.
- Items that have been manufactured to order.
- Sanitation products that have been opened or installed.
- Electronic components, unless in original sealed packaging.
- Items that are sold by the meter.
- Items that were not held in stock and were specially ordered for you.
- Items that have been installed, modified or used.
What if some items are damaged when I received them?
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect it to ensure all items are included and undamaged. If there is any damage, please contact us on 0400 500 015 (or via Contact Us if no answer) within 24hrs of receipt. Keep all original packing materials and documentation including delivery consignment note. For items delivered by courier and the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note on the shipper's consignment note. Photos of damaged items, taken at the time of receiving your order, will be required to support any claim.
All products carry manufacturer's warranties valid throughout Australia.
Warranty claims will need to be returned to our office in Brisbane or by special arrangement directly to the supplier/manufacturer.

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation for in stock items. Standard shipping delivery times will range from 3-5 business days in metropolitan cities and may take up to 7-10 business days in rural areas & WA. Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout and starts at $9.50 for your first item and increases accordingly.
Shipping costs are calculated by order total or a fixed rate. Our aim is to get your order delivered to you as economically as possible. We will only contact you about shipping if there is a significant difference between what is on your order and the actual cost.
There will be occasions when a fixed rate is multiplied by the order quantity and it becomes unreasonably expensive. In this case send an email with your post code, item SKU, quantity required (via Contact Us) and we'll provide a freight quote for your order.
Fixed shipping rates are based on Australian east coast destinations within capital cities and excludes WA, NT, SA, Remote & Regional TAS.

PICK-UP Free or Shipping by Courier only
All bulky or long (over 1.20m) items are pick up only or can be quoted for freight.
Flammable liquids and dangerous goods are pick-up only and you must Contact Us prior to an order being accepted.
- When shipping is via Courier with a signature, to all parts of Australia, shipping costs are indicated on Estimates, Orders and Invoices. Please Contact Us if you need more information on anything in particular.
- Heavy goods or large items may require a business address for delivery. Alternatively, these goods may require an "Authority to Leave at Address" or "Require Pick-up from Freight Depot".
- Heavy goods may attract other charges pertaining to the nature of goods e.g. Tail Gate Delivery Charge.
- Some couriers charge re-delivery fees if no-one is available to sign for a delivery, and the driver is required to return a second (or third) time. In order to keep your delivery charges as low as possible, delivery will usually only be attempted once. The goods will then be returned to the depot for collection by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply if there is no one to sign for goods attempting to be delivered, or if no instructions are given by the customer to leave goods at a pre-determined location on the property if no-one home, and the courier makes a second (or third) attempt to deliver to the address supplied.
- Transport drivers are busy people too, and so requests such as "calling customer prior to delivery" or "delivering goods during a specific time slot e.g. between 2.00pm and 4.00pm" cannot be entertained... sorry.
